The Performance

Ok here's the part of our blog that I get to brag about my baby boy! Last night was his very first ever performance at school.....we were so excited! I've never been prouder of him in my life, it was the most exciting thing to see him walk up on stage and sing those (way too long) songs.

When he walked up on stage the first thing we saw him do was look for us. We read his lips when he was talking to the girl next to him asking "where's my mom?" Like mom and dad would EVER miss a performance he was in! The girl saw me and she pointed us out to him and he was all smiles after that =) They sang a song in spanish and then Feliz Navidad. He did an awesome job! Just a typical 5 year old that did great at first then got bored. I couldn't help but smile this huge cheesy smile the entire time. The best part of the performance is when he looked at us and gave a thumbs up. It was the most awesome thing in the world! We always do thumbs up when something goes good, and my baby gave me a thumbs up.
